Hi, I'm Andrea Faith, an educator and aspiring instructional designer with a passion for creating engaging, learner-centered training experiences. I combine instructional design principles with technology to develop practical learning solutions that help people build skills and perform with confidence.

My Story

My career began in education, where I designed curriculum, developed instructional materials, and facilitated learning for diverse audiences. Through that experience, I discovered that my favorite part of teaching was designing engaging learning experiences and continually improving them based on learner needs and outcomes. That realization inspired me to pursue instructional design, where I can combine my passion for learning with technology to create effective training solutions.

My background in education taught me that effective learning doesn't happen by chance—it begins with understanding learners, defining clear objectives, and intentionally designing experiences that support success. As I transition into instructional design, I apply those same principles while continuing to grow my knowledge of instructional design methodologies.

The ADDIE model serves as the foundation for my approach, providing a structured yet flexible process for creating thoughtful, learner-centered training solutions.
